Growth and Impact

Since our establishment in 2016, Opportunity For The Vulnerable Uganda has made significant strides in transforming the lives of vulnerable children in Mityana and beyond.

Key Milestones

2016 - Organization Founded

Started with 5 children under the care and guidance of Rev. Fr. Robert Mutyaba

Education Support

Currently supporting 20 children in primary schools, secondary schools, and tertiary institutions

Providing not just education but also social skills, moral guidance, and religious values

Self-Reliance Project Progress

Completed Activities (2022)

Thanks to the generous support from our friends, we successfully completed the following activities:

  • Installing the septic tank
  • Tiling the two blocks
  • Painting with undercoat
  • Doing the stone work on the two buildings

Upcoming Projects

Next Phase Activities

We are planning to undertake the following activities to complete our self-reliance project:

  • Painting the two buildings inside and outside
  • Electric installation for the two buildings
  • Constructing the underground tank to harvest rain water
  • Plumbing the two buildings
  • Paving car park

Budget Required: 20,000 Euros

This guest house project in Wabigalo Kiweesa Mityana will help generate sustainable income to support our educational programs.
